Award or Rejection - We reserve the right to reject any and all bids

Charges - All charges pertaining to the salvage including handling, storage and taxes accruing after bid close date, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Inspection - The above information is not warranted or guaranteed in any way. Bidders are encouraged to conduct a personal inspection. Company will not comment on salvage

Liability - This salvage is SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS without warranties of any kind. The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold the seller harmless from any claims arising from transportation, use or sale of the salvage or any component part thereof. An entry will be made in the logbooks indicating the aircraft was a total loss.

Title - Will be transferred from current registered owner to the successful bidder

Payment - By cashier's check or wire transfer within ten (10) business days of award. Failure to make payment within the allotted time will result in default and rejection of all future bids.

Closing - Bids close at midnight the last day of the current month.

Storage - The Salvage Buyer will be responsible for all storage charges incurred after they are notified they were awarded the aircraft. (This will commonly be on the 1st or 2nd day of the month).

Aircraft Photos - All aircraft photos are property of Phoenix Aviation Managers, Inc. and may not be used without prior consent of Phoenix Aviation Managers, Inc.
