All aircraft salvage is sold "AS
IS. WHERE IS". It is your responsibility to inspect the aircraft
and its records before bidding.
WHO CAN BID
Anyone who accepts the terms and conditions may bid.
BIDDING ON SALVAGE
To place your bid(s) on-line. - You must have an Email address
to place an on-line bid. On the Official Bid Form, complete
your personal information, acknowledge the acceptance of the
terms and conditions, enter the amount you are bidding for each
aircraft and submit. You will receive a confirmation by Email
if your bid is accepted.
It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that they receive a
confirmation by Email for on-line bids.
Photographs presented on the salvage website may not reflect the current
configuration of the aircraft salvage. All aircraft is sold “AS IS. WHERE IS.”….
Fax bids are no longer accepted. All bids must be placed online.
OPENING / CLOSING
All aircraft salvage being offered will be posted by the 20th of each
month with the closing date being the 15th of each month (regardless
if it is a holiday or weekend) at 12:00 midnight.
AWARDING OF SALVAGE
Bids will be awarded to the highest bidder by 4:00 the next
business day. The individual or organization to whom the salvage
is awarded will be notified by telephone, fax, or Email. The
name of the successful high bidder will be posted on our website
by the 20th of the month. Phoenix Aviation Managers, Inc. will
not disclose the amount of the high bid, nor will we discuss
the price range of which salvage is sold. |
